They both come from the cannabis plant, but hemp has super low levels of THC (the stuff that gets you high) and higher levels of CBD (the part of the plant that helps with body relaxation - not your mind). Marijuana, on the other hand, has higher levels of THC. So, hemp is all about wellness and relaxation with responsible shenanigans.
